1. Transportation Guide

Venue: Huayi Brothers (Changsha) Film Town

Changsha Huanghua Airport:

Public transportation: Take Metro Line 6 to Huanghua Airport T1 and T2 stations (towards Xiejiaqiao), transfer to Metro Line 3 (towards Xiangtan North Station) at Chaoyangcun station, and get off at Tongxi subway station. Walk 1 kilometer to reach the destination, which takes about 2 hours.

Taxi: The entire journey is 46 kilometers, takes 1 hour, and costs around 90 yuan.

Changsha South Station:

Public transportation: Take Metro Line 4 to Changsha South Railway Station (towards Jarling), then transfer to Metro Line 3 (towards Xiangtan North Station) at Fubuhe Station and get off at Tongxi Subway Station. Walk 1 kilometer to reach the destination, which takes about 1 hour

Taxi: The entire journey is 23 kilometers, 32 minutes, and costs around 45 yuan.

2. Registration and check-in guide

After arriving at Huayi Town, guests should go to the ITC-Asia2024 check-in counter in the scenic area lobby to complete the registration procedures, collect conference materials, and then check in at the hotel front desk. The conference team has reserved a room for the representative based on the registration information, and the room fee includes scenic spot tickets, so there is no need to purchase separately. After completing the check-in procedures, the front desk will arrange an electric scooter to deliver you to the building where you are staying.

3. Visiting Guide

On the afternoon of August 20th, representatives will be organized to visit Yuelu Academy (ticket fees will be borne by the organizing committee of the conference). Please register at the check-in counter on the day of registration. The specific arrangement is as follows: depart at 2pm on the 20th, visit for about two hours, and return to the hotel around 5pm.
