Departing from Ningbo Railway Station (High-Speed Rail)

Option 1 (Recommended): Direct taxi ride

Board a taxi or ride-hailing vehicle at the designated pick-up zone of Ningbo Railway Station. Enter "Ningbo Qianhu Hotel / No. 288 Shashan Road" as the destination. The journey takes approximately 45–60 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.

Option 2 (Recommended): Metro + taxi

Take Metro Line 4 from Ningbo Railway Station bound for *International Conference Center*. Get off at International Conference Center Station, then take a taxi to Qianhu State Guest House. The total journey takes approximately 60–80 minutes, with the final taxi leg lasting around 20 minutes.

Departing from Ningbo Lishe International Airport

Option 1  (Recommended): Direct taxi ride

Follow the signs to the taxi / ride-hailing pick-up area on the airport arrival floor. Enter "Ningbo Qianhu Hotel / No. 288 Shashan Road" as the destination. The journey takes approximately 50–70 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.

Option 2 (Recommended): Metro + taxi Take Metro Line 2 from Lishe International Airport Station to Ningbo Railway Station. Transfer to Line 4 bound for *International Conference Center*, get off at International Conference Center Station, then take a taxi to Qianhu State Guest House. The total journey takes approximately 90–110 minutes.

Registration and check-in guide

After arriving at Qianhu State Guest House / Ningbo Qianhu Hotel, guests should go to the ITC-Asia2026 check-in counter in the scenic area lobby to complete the registration procedures, collect conference materials, and then check in at the hotel front desk.
