The online registration to the conference is only possible via the online registration platform until Aug. 5, 2026, 23:59:00 AoE. Please kindly note that everyone who wants to attend the conference or single sessions, must register. Afterwards, the registration to the conference is only possible on-site.

Please note:
- Each accepted paper/extended abstract shall be accompanied by at least one full conference registration at the non-student rate (i.e., two paper author registrations are needed for two accepted papers, e.g. from the main author or a co-author of the paper), regardless of whether the only attendee/presenter is a student (in which case the student rate registration will not qualify).
- IEEE/CCF members are kindly asked to provide their member number when registering online.
- Students are kindly asked to upload a full proof of matriculation, i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card or a letter from a professor or head of department, during the online registration to confirm the student status at the time of the conference. Kindly note that the document must be in English.
Early registration deadline is July 25, 2026.
Online registration will be closed on Aug.5,2026 (tentative). You will receive the following emails after the registration process.
- Registration confirmation: will be sent by the registration system within 24 hours. (Please note that this email only confrms receipt of the data, and does not grant access to the conference without payment.)
- Email for conference attendees: will be sent between August 1 and 10, A PDF fle will be attached to this email thatcontains the receipt. Upon your arrival, you will be able to collect your personalized conference name tag and your banquetticket at the registration desk.

The Conference registration includes:
- Access to all sessions and to the exhibition area from Wednesday to Friday
- Conference bag including program booklet and conference proceedings
- Entrance to the banquet (Thursday evening, Aug. 20, 2026)
- Lunch and coffee breaks
- Post-conference tour to Mount Putuo (Saturday, Aug. 22)
The Tutorial-Full and Tutorial-Half registrations include:

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation made in writing to ITC-Asia 2026 organization and received before July. 25, 2026 will entitle to the reimbursement of the amount paid after the deduction of CNY 500 for an administrative fee. No reimbursement will be granted after this date.
