With the relentless advancement of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the explosive growth of complex electronic systems, ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of Integrated Circuits has never been more critical. Emerging applications from the pervasive Internet of Things and intelligent cloud computing to safety-critical automotive electronics and next-generation AI hardware—are pushing test technology to its limits. In this dynamic landscape, global collaboration and knowledge exchange are paramount. International Test Conference has been a flagship conference in test technology since 1970. With an attempt to stimulate more discussion and interaction between the academia and the industry around the globe, the 1st ITC-Asia was initiated in Taipei in 2017, and the 10th ITC-Asia will be held in Ningbo China in 2026.
